The follow up to the irish Dry Stout I had earlier, this IPA was quite enjoyable but lacked depth.
It was a strong, hoppy IPA containing an enjoyable bitterness. A mild seltzery texture filled the mouth and quickly dissipated. The hops remained behind, as did a nice sourness on the tongue. Enough for me to enjoy three of these.
While I would order one again, I wouldn’t go out of my way for one. Still, a damn fine IPA to be had on tap while available.
