I usually don’t make notes on wrappers too much, I figured I’d wait in my experience to start noting these, but I suppose this shiould be the start, becuase I actually like the look of the wrapper on this cigar. It has a nice vibrant tan to it with highlights from the leaf’s veins, and I think it looks quite nice.

The smoke draws in mildly warm but with an instant but light peppery nip on the tip of the tongue and the back of the mouth. A smoked wood texture fills the mouth as the light pepepr continues to dance around. A very noticable tobacco flavour layers the tongue with a tiny bit of a tang on the sides. The aftertaste brings up some salt and a citrus like sweetness in the back of the throat, as well as some cedar. Retrohale, and you bake the smokey taste with the tobacco more and get a strong smoked-but flavor. The smoke isn’t too bity throw the nose either. Overall it’s a grate tasting cigar that isn’t overpowering.

The aroma is my kind of enjoyment, filled with a very distinct herbal and tobacco quality that only a cigar can bring to this world. There’s some non-obtrusive black pepper, a tang of some kind, maybe orange, a subtle layer of smooth, milky sweetness, and other herbal, cooking-spice like qualities. It’s very colorful and just great to enjoy. The idle aroma is very rich and deep, bring out more of the cooking spices along with that unique tobacco.

What can I say, this is my kind of cigar, similair to why I like my other favorites such as the Hoyo de Tradicion and the Genuine Counterfeit Cuban 1958. and I will purchase a box of these soon, after sampling it in different sizes to see how they deliver the flavor. One thing to note about the label however, it was a bear to get off; nearly ripped the cigar wrapper in doing so.
