This rough 1972 Chevy Nova was my very first car, which may explain my odd history of vehicles I’ve owned.
Purchased from a friend with redneck mods such as a Laser 500 authentic wooden steering wheel, center-shift console taken from a 1968 Camaro with limited shifting range consisting of Reverse, Neutral and Drive. Sometimes.
The car rode on P12’s for the front, and large tractor-doughnuts in the rear mounted on two rims from an 80’s Camaro. Hungry air-shocks helped keep the back of the car up at a nearly 45-degree angle, so long as I put air in them once a week.
Sadly, the parachute-pants were a purchase I made of my own free will at the time.
