These next two months are going to be busy with some big lan parties happening around here. I will be attending the following:

February 13-14 Private Lan @ Xebec / Deadbeat’s
February 20-21 Gamer’s Guild
February 27-28 The GXL 256 man Lan
March 6th DDD Games Net Fest
March 20-21 Weekend Wars

Am looking forward to some of the bigger LAN gametypes, like Battlefield 1942 for instance, and possibly Enemy Territory. With this many people any game will be fun if it’s populated enough.

I guess I should buy Halo. It’s being played at a lot of lans (for some fucking reason). I can deal with the slow moving gametype. My gripe is in CTF when you grab the flag you can’t shoot. You gotta drop it first. Fuck you. I wanna hit people with the flag damnit.

The update for Call of Duty finaly came out, and they did kill bunnyhopping in the game. Yay! Now maybe I can actually kill people!
