I love heading to Triumph in New Hope, PA where I always look forward to the latest brews on tap. I started this Saturday afternoon off with their dry Irish Stout.

It was mostly dry, IMO, compared to other stouts I have had in my time. Very low on the bubbly seltzer texture, it was very smooth going down and mild overall in taste. Not much complexity to be had in it, however, something I enjoy in a very good stout. Light on sweetness and not very rich in other tastes, it was good but did not contain anything worth noting.
