Another excellent beer from Triumph Brewery in New Hope, PA. I’ve had this IPA regularly so far at the pub here, it’s a favorite. All the things I love in an IPA; sour, tangy and that awesome IPA sweetness in the finish. A very potent Ale as well, it’s up ther eon the content at 9% or so. But wow, just excellent.

This goes well with their Mediterranean Plate appetizer; red pepper hummus, baba ghanoush, olive tapenade with large carrots and grilled pita’s for dipping enjoyment.
