Nearing the end of the Victor Sinclair sampler is this wonderful all-Corojo cigar. A light, clean smoke smoothing draws in filling the mouth initially with a smokey woody taste with notes of citrus and leather popping up after some time with the cigar. A light cinnamon aftertaste remains which may hint at an ever so very light pepper. When retrohaled, more smoked-leather comes up with a distinct pear-sweetness remaining on the tongue.

The aroma is fairly cool as you can bring it up close to the nose and inhale deeply before it becomes too hot. A
rich, deep cinnamon scent prevails while a sweet citrus layer mingles in the smoke. The presence of a herbal-sweet tobacco quality dances in and out of the mix. The balance of this blend is excellent and quite enjoyable without being too obtrusive.

This cigar is great, it’s not obtrusive to any of the senses and contains that great artful balance Victor Sinclair brings to his cigars that I enjoy where the tobacco sense mixes eloquently with other flavors to be found and discovered. This cigar continues to offer up enjoyment throughout the length of the Churchill vitola, and really is a great mild to medium cigar. I’ll definitely grab a box of these after I’m nearing the end of the other two Series 55 boxes I have.
